What's the best thing about being The New Gods?
Having the members we have! and the pool of very talented people in our lives to help. There is a LOT of talent in our area!(about 70 miles north of Nashville ) and we have cultivated many valuable relationships in the past. We have almost like a "gorilla army" of support! I call em' TNG warriors!!! And they are all HARD CHARGIN'!!!!!!

Tell us all about this flashy new video you got then:
It was one of about 25 out of over 1000 to be selected to show in the music video section of the nashville film festival!!! We are VERY PUMPED about that!!! And it is an international event!! The song (face of a clown) is about Overcoming emotional pain, and using our painful experiences to grow in a better direction. Elvan had total creative freedom to try and deliver that concept on video in a short amount of time, and he did so wonderfully with his visual concept. He didn't do it alone however,triumvirate productions is a group of VERY talented guys who really laid down the thunder on this video!!! From getting the location, to the actors, right down to the post production, they really did the best with everybody involved! TNG is looking forward to working with them again soon!

The New Gods - isn't that an old DC Jack Kirby comic book?
Yep. I don't read comics, (love the art) but that is what they tell us. We just loved that name on a couple of different levels, once I heard it, I knew we had to roll with it. It was Elvan, the guitar player's Idea as well. He is FULL of good ideas.

Biggest influences?
Rock and roll baby!!!! A Lot of stuff, We are going into the studio very soon to press our first batch of original songs. Me personally, (Billy) I am a metal head. I love SLAYER, Black Sabbath, Motorhead etc, etc, but everyone else loves different stuff.

On the other hand, who are the worst band/s on the planet?
The fucking Replacements.

Apparently, the Internet is making it easier for bands to get noticed thanks to file sharing and sites like MySpace. Has it helped you guys much, or as things just the same?
If you're not trying to do what you can, then you don't really want anything!!! You gotta use the tools available to you. and YES!!! the internet and MYSPACE are huge to anyone who wants to promote anything!!!!.

Are there any shocking real life rock n roll stories that have happened to you? Like biting the head off a bat? Or having your nipple slip out during a sporting event?
None we will ever tell.

They are all the same!!!!!! ALL OR NOTHING BABY!!!!! Give it ALL to me!!!!

Ever worked with someone that you admired before you worked with them? If not, who would you like to work with?
Yes! I know this one dude I would like to work with kinda, but sometimes after you get going you realize some people's reputations are really just based off HYPE!

Why should the the lazy general public make the effort to check you out, and what have you got planned for the coming year?
Cause we don't HALF ASS NOTHING when we come out! We work hard to deliver our best when we set up on stage! AND WE LOVE IT!!! If you ever want to see something cool, watch someone doing what they love to do!!! I don't care who you are, or what you like. You know when someone is pouring their heart into something. And if it doesn't SUCK it makes it that much better, right? Who ever sees THE NEW GODS live is gonna know we laid down every ounce of juice we had for the audience!!

And finally..... what does the word 'Voltcase' mean to you?
A VOLTCASE is a head full of fuel, 2 lungs full of thunder a belly full of lightning, With a heart that pumps rock and roll!!! AND ALL OF TNG HAS ONE!!!!!
